Good News

We took Ashley back to the dermatologist yesterday for a check up. The doctor said that she was looking great and her skin looks wonderful. He was very pleased how everything was looking. He also said that she probably has a mild case of her skin disorder. We also had some questions answered for us as well. Come to find out that we were able to have boys and they would only pass away if they got the bad cromosone(?sp). A big answer to prayers is that if she had any brain problems they would have been present at birth. She is right on with her age and growing well. We now just need to wait for the teeth to come in and see if there are problems with them. We are soooo thankful for this good news and some questions answered.

From China

My cousin Kim sent us a package from China where she is studying. She got the girls these outfits and they love them. Ashley is a little big for her yet.

4 Months

Ashley had her 4 month check up today. Everything is looking good she weighed 12 pounds and was 24 inches long. She is right on with her development. Due to her rash the doctor is going to set up a brain scan for Ashley in the next 6 months to make sure that everything is working right. We went to the eye doctor a few weeks ago and her eyes are growing just the way they should. We do to the dermatologist next week to look at her rashes. They have gotten better just the ones on her hands are the worse. I have a lot of questions to ask him when we go so hopefully we can get a little better understanding of whats going on. We are so thankful that she has not come down with any of the side effects of the rash yet.

Happy Birthday Kenzie

Today is Kenzie's 3rd birthday. We surprised her with balloons in her room when she woke up this morning. Brooke and Kenzie were up at 6:00 a.m. talking in their beds. I could hear them -they were wondering who and how the balloons got in the room. Needless to say they weren't going back to bed. I thought they would keep busy all day with the balloon, but as it turns out all there doing is fighting over them. We are going to make cupcakes this afternoon and open gifts tonight. We have her big birthday party Friday night.
